More Than Just Helpers

At Beacon Race Events, our volunteers are more than just helpers — they're the heartbeat of race day. From welcoming runners at the start line, to cheering them on at aid stations, to celebrating with them at the finish, our volunteers create the atmosphere that makes every event so special.

Join us as a volunteer and be part of something bigger — an event where the outdoors, competition, and community come together in the best possible way.

Where You Fit In
Start & Finish Crew
Registration, kit checks, and the biggest job of all — bringing runners home. You'll hand out medals, ring the bell, and see every finish-line story up close.
Aid Station Heroes
Fuel, refill, encourage, repeat. Checkpoints are where races are saved — a hot drink and the right words at mile 60 can be the difference between a DNF and a finish.
Course Marshals & Sweepers
Out on the trail keeping runners safe, pointed the right way, and never alone. Sweepers follow the last runner home and leave the course exactly as we found it.
